Coconut Dream Salt Bar Handmade Soap *SMOOTH*
A nice summery blend of creamed coconut, sea salt, musk, sugared vanilla with a hint of musk. This is similar to Copper Coconut by BBW.
To me this is the perfect coconut scent! That is saying a lot because typically I am not a big fan of coconut. This one is dreamy!
Salt bars are soaps too! They come in two variations: smooth and crunchy.
Smooth: creates a creamy lather and is good . Wash with reckless abandon.
Crunchy: creates copious amount of bubbles and requires a light hand due to the crunchy salt sprinkled on top. Wash with a gentle touch until the salted top has worn away.
Ingredients: Coconut Oil, Distilled Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Shea Butter, Olive Oil, Castor Oil, Dendritic Salt (smooth bar) or European Spa Salts (crunchy bar), Fragrance and Skin Safe Colorants.
Note: Each bar is approximately six ounces. Typically, each bar weighs more. Please note that this is a handmade product. The design and colors vary from bar to bar.
Use: I think this goes without saying but get it wet. I employ the method of lathering directly onto my body, working up a good lather, and then using the wash cloth. But hey, you do you. Also, USE the soap. Don’t put it on your shelf because it matches your décor. If you do this you’re missing out on the best part, and we probably shouldn’t be friends. If you experience any type of discomfort or irritation using the soap, please discontinue use.
Make It Last: Keep the bar dry in between uses. Handmade salt bar soaps are less prone to sticking to a smooth surface. It is still recommended to place it on a grooved soap dish to promote drainage. No soap dish? Stand it on its edge. Typically, I recommend cutting a bar of soap in half to make it last. However, a salt bar is hard, and I do not recommend this.
